This is the connection coupler valve needed for Frohle Cylinders if using your own pump handle and you want to hold the pressure / suction in the cylinder or cup.
These coupler valves slide over the inlet on the Frohle Penis Cylinders, Pussy / Vagina Cups and Breast Cups. This allows the pump handle to be disconnected from the cylinder or cup and maintain the suction inside by closing off the air inlet / outlet.
